In order to standardize the procedures for Ningbo Shanshan Co., Ltd. and its subordinate industrial companies to receive, investigate, analyze and solve major economic, quality, safety and other supervision matters worldwide, for serious violations of laws and regulations or company policies; Harm to public safety and health; Dereliction of duty or malfeasance; Bribery and corruption; Conduct that may damage the reputation of the company; Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information and other intentional acts that lead to financial or non-financial losses of the company shall be seriously supervised and cracked down.
